(recommended wine: a mid to heavy red wine. Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot; non alcoholic: ginger beer)
Roast goose in fruit sauce.
(recommended wine: either as above or a heavy white like a Chardonnay, Chablis or a very rich Riesling; non alcoholic: Nozeco)
